This is only the deposit to reserve your grass-fed, grain-finished beef. After your deposit is placed we will be in contact with you on butcher dates available for you to choose from. A final invoice price will be sent after the hanging weight is received and priced at $4.50 per pound on the hanging weight plus a small kill fee. A 1/2 beef will hang approximatley 350-400 pounds. All beef is CDFA-processed. Cut and wrap is paid by the buyer directly to the butcher at the time of pickup. The customer will be able to give the butcher their own cutting and wrapping instructions on 1/2 beef and full beef orders.
